Reconciliation

It's important to know right away if something unfamiliar has cleared a bank or credit card account. Reconciling accounts each month will help ensure no errors have been made and no fraudulent activity is present on your accounts.

It's my pleasure to offer some additional services to further assist you with your gym's bookkeeping. These services are key to keeping abreast of the full scope of the finances for your gym.
- Clean-up - If you've gotten behind in reconciliation and categorization, let's get you caught up and moving forward. When you choose an ongoing monthly plan to follow the clean-up services, I'm able to offer special payment options as well.
- Price Consulting - Working with YOUR numbers to see what price increases or decreases will look like for your gym
- Third Party Payroll Processing - Let the payroll companies do what they do. It's always my recommendation to use a third party provider for your payroll and I can help you find the right one. Then I can assist you will payroll entry. I can also assist with basic payroll laws and questions that come up over time.
- Budget/Profit/Financial Analysis - Providing more in-depth analysis of what makes up your profit, which programs are showing profit and which ones aren't. Offering ideas and brainstorming with you which changes can be made to help you show a larger profit.
- These services may be included in your monthly fees or performed on a project basis at additional cost.
